During the summer, the town experiences an influx of part time residents and visitors who want to take advantage of the gorgeous beaches, the boardwalk, and the great restaurants.
Housing in Bethany Beach consists primarily of single-family homes. Beachfront property is typically more expensive than the surrounding areas. The farther you move inland, the less expensive properties become, however living in or close to Bethany Beach still comes at a premium.
